Started his training in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic medicine while working as a GP in Northern Ireland (2008-2013). He obtained a diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice in Orthopaedic Medicine, from the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine in 2012.
He worked in an Acute General Practice clinic in New Zealand (Whanganui Accident and Medical) in 2013. Upon returning to Europe he continued his training in musculoskeletal medicine and obtained is Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine, for the British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine in 2016. He has also obtained the diploma of “Medycyna Bólu” (Pain Medicine) in Poland as well as attending multiple training modules teaching the practical side of treating pain, both in Poland and abroad. He is currently a member of Polskie Towarzystwo Badania Bólu (Polish Society of Pain management), European Pain Federation and Polskie Towarzystwo Medycyny Sportowej (Polish Association of Sports Medicine). He has set up a private pain management clinic. It-Med, in Kłodzko Poland, where he has been working in management of pain and musculoskeletal disorders since 2016. He has extensive experience in the use of both pharmacological and practical therapies, including Shockwave Therapy, dry needling, mechanical spinal traction, certain forms of electrotherapy, manual manipulation techniques and others, as well as carefully chosen exercise regimes. He practices intraarticular injections under the ultrasound guidance, trigger point injections and others. He is also interested in Sports Medicine, where he provides certificates for both professional and recreational sport training. He has recently enrolled in training in rehabilitation medicine as a speciality and is practicing in one of the local Remote Rehabilitation Clinics.
